The site is operated by Dialoq, an independent editorial publication based at 24/3 Bagatalle Road, Colombo 03, Western Province, Sri Lanka. The desk is reachable at [email protected].
For the avoidance of any doubt: this site is an editorial publication and not a commercial channel. We do not sell mobile-network subscriptions, we do not handle activations, we do not process plan changes, and we do not take commission on any transaction. Reviews and explainers on the site describe public information published by the four national mobile operators of Sri Lanka, but the publication is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or commercially related to any of those operators. Any subscription to a mobile plan is a contract between you and the relevant operator, governed by the operator's own terms and not by these terms.
All editorial copy on the site, unless otherwise indicated, is original work by the editors and contributors of Dialoq. Copyright in the copy is retained by the publication and its named authors. You are welcome to share links to our reviews, to quote short excerpts (under 300 words) for review or scholarly purposes with proper attribution, and to reference our work in your own writing. You may not republish whole reviews on another site, reproduce our copy in printed form for distribution, or use our copy as training data for a machine-learning system without our prior written consent.
Photographs published on the site are either licensed under Creative Commons or supplied by the depicted institution. Credit and licence information is displayed beneath each image. Operator names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their use on the site is purely descriptive and does not imply any commercial relationship.
We aim for accuracy and we read the operators' public listings carefully. The Sri Lankan mobile sector changes frequently, and the figures in our reviews may be superseded by subsequent operator changes. The date in the byline of every review records when the figures were last verified against the operator's public listing. We cannot, and do not, guarantee that the figures remain accurate after that date. For all current pricing, plan eligibility, and activation conditions, readers should consult the operator's official channels directly.
